PROCUREMENT STATEMENT

Dear Participants,

We inform that Klaipeda Social and Psychological Support Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority), is implementing the Project “Study Examining Campaign Strategies to Introduce Legislative Measures to Discourage Demand for Sex Trafficking in Member States ” (Disrupt Demand) / HOME / 2015 / ISFP / AG / THBX / 8417. Project aim is to investigate the campaigns, presenting legal instruments, policies, stating discourage of demand for sex trafficking, in the Member States.

The Contracting Authority intends to purchase the Project Evaluation Services (hereinafter referred to as the Services). Services shall be considered in 2 (two) phases:

Phase I: Mid-term evaluation, volume – 10 pages.

Phase II: Final evaluation, volume – 40 pages.

Contracting Authority by means of survey, without publication of a contract notice, implements purchase the Services by electronic means.

Procurement is implemented by electronic means, accessible via email kmn@moteriai.lt and www.moteriai.lt. All eligible Tenderers can participate in the procurement procedure.

The project evaluation aims to assess the project activities and outcomes, taking into account the objectives of the project; as well as to assess the impact of the project in the participating countries, an achieved results the project and the future prospects.
